Hillside is amazing. Every meal we’ve had from there has been so delicious! My daughters LOVE the pulled pork!!! We love supporting Shane as he’s so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We ordered this past weekend for a family gathering! Shane made ordering super easy and was able to help me and answer all my questions!! Everything arrived on time and was hot and spectacular! Everyone enjoyed everything! Can’t wait to order again!!

Shane and his crew were AMAZING! They came out to cater our entire wedding weekend with everything from breakfast, supper, dessert, ice cream and slushies. Shane really pulled out all the stops to make our weekend so memorable. He was extremely easy to work with and always flexible. We had so much variety in our weekend and everyone raved about the food. We are so happy we went with Shane and Hillside Smoke N' Que!

Regina’s Best a food truck with the Most Tasty, tender, mouth watering smoked Brisket! Or try the Belly buster brisket and beef patty burger! It’s Out of this world! You don’t have to go to Texas to get food like this it’s right here in Regina!

As a family we get barbeque from Hillside Smoke n Que at least a couple times a month, and while at work the whole staff tries to get in for barbeque every Friday. I have yet to have a bad meal at Hillside smoke n Que. Personal recommendations are the reuben sandwich, and 2 words BRISKET POUTINE.
