I started working with Melanie when our puppy Sonny was only 12 weeks. I am a first-time dog owners and although excited, it felt quite overwhelming at times. Melanie was able to cover so many different elements, from important commands to how to take care of his fur. I recently had a session with her where we worked on Sonny's leash walking. She sent over a full summary of everything we did together after the session. I was able to apply her method over the past 2 weeks and Sonny is walking very well! It is so nice to be able to go on a walk with him and have him right next to me (paying attention to me and also enjoying the walk!). Thanks Melanie :)

I just have to say that Melanie Baylis has been amazing since my dog was a puppy. She taught my dog so many important skills and behaviors, from basic obedience commands to behavioral corrections, such as resource guarding and leash pulling. I always felt comfortable and confident with her guidance throughout the training process. She provided clear instructions, explained the reasoning behind each lesson, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Thanks to her training, my dog has become a more well-behaved and confident companion. I've seen the transformation that can occur with the right training and guidance. And more importantly, my dog adores her.
