It's a good place

Moved here in March and we love it. We’ve made so many wonderful friends. Our three bedroom unit is so spacious. Building is kept clean. Tenants are very respectful of each other

Very deceptive management, the apartments were nice, but, my husband lived there for 20 years, we got married and I live there for 2 years with him. My husband passed away and 2 days after he passed away when I brought the death notice to them they told me I had to move out because I was not considered a member. I was devastated. I offered to apply for membership, they said no, I offered to pay the higher market share rent, they said no. They would not work with me whatsoever. So on top of grieving for my husband and having a funeral I also had to pack up a 3-bedroom apartment and try and find another place to live. They were only going to give me 30 days but agreed to 60. No compassion whatsoever, and thereby laws only apply to what they want and the board members that all meet in the president's apartment before meeting.

If you can get in, great place too live

Very clean building. Lots of parking. We were visiting family. Safe and secure
