I wrecked the right side of my car real bad and many other shops said that they can take my car in a month or 2 from now. I want to thank Grayson and his team for taking my car in right away and even more, they finished repairing my car in a weeks time! My friends and families were shocked how fast my car came back good as new. Everyone I talked to at this shop was very professional and friendly and I couldn't have asked for any other autoshop better to fix my car. Thanks guys!

I chose to take my car to this place because I wanted to support a neighbourhood autobody shop and I was not disappointed! I work in this neighborhood and find it quite annoying that this auto body shop that seems to have the contract to fix Evo car share can park up to 45-50 cars on the street. These broken cars sit empty (sometimes up to 2 weeks) on the street in an area that has many business and hard-working employees. I find it super selfish that one small business can ruin it for the many in the area. These empty cars sitting for days and weeks and the spots could be used by the hard-working people in this area! Today we walked passed this shop and I took a quick video to update and again, empty lot but all the street parking is full of Evo cars. No street parking for the hard working people who work in the area. Also one of the employees followed us for 2 blocks taking videos of us, I guess he was offended.

Grayson and Kevin go above and beyond to make the customer happy. After my car got broken into and other shops were giving me a very long timeline for repair, Grayson took over and made sure that my car was fixed and ready to go ASAP. They fixed everything to perfection (window, trim, paint, interior, cup holders, seat etc.) They were done sooner than expected and had a rental car waiting for me, when I dropped my car off. When I left something in the rental, Grayson went out of his way to make sure that I get it back (even though it was just parking permits). They also ended up redoing a paint job for me, which another major auto body shop refused to guarantee their promised lifetime warranty, which helped me to get my car ready for sale. I really appreciate all the help and extra work these guys put in, highly recommend them for any auto body needs!! You won't regret it!

Kevin and Grayson are the owners and they truly understand what customer service is all about. They were very quick to respond to my inquiries and gave me a quote immediately. My car was fixed before the deadline and perfectly. I found them honest and very caring. I would highly recommend them for sure.

Grayson and Kevin are very patient and helpfully.My car had a break-in the glass was all shuttered and doors were scratched. Grayson was super patient and efficient with my ICBC claim and very responsive to my questions. Kevin did a great job repairing the paint, the glass and even the interior, and spent extra time getting the parts for my car to expedite the process. I'm very happy with the service and the results.
