5 Star Experience. When both your insurance agent and the local Ford dealer recommend someone - that should get your attention. I needed a new windshield. Convertible windshields are a very important part of the vehicle's structural integrity and therefore safety. When both my insurance agent (DLK) and Riverside Ford recommended Ian's company, Deluxe Auto Glass - Brockville, I took notice. Everyone knows I am a details guy with a dusting of ocd. I really, really baby my 2014 Mustang convertible. My high expectations were met by Ian, in an absolute 5 star experience. Top quality materials and installation. Ian is very busy with many detailed projects on the go. From what I saw in his shop, he is a details guy too who wants to get it right - the first time. From windshields, upholstery, and automotive convertible tops to marine canvass, he does it all and does it superbly. If you want it done right this is the place to go. Thank you, Ian.

I would like to speak this out for my friend because this is really bad service she had in her life. My friend and I went to the shop to shows the seat covers that she bought from website to see if the shop can do it. When we got there the mechanic show up he wasn’t really friendly since we said hi, he just look at both of us and asked to see the seat covers. My friend showed him, he said he has to modify and make it fit and it would take him about 2 hours or maybe 3 hrs. So my friend said ok,. Then he told my friend to come back on Monday my friend said ok. Just before we left I asked, do you think how much should it cost sir?, he didn’t give me the answer and tried to talked to my friend like wow the job is bigger than I expected and that will take me a couple hours but he didn’t give us the answer. After we left the place, I gave her my opinion, if it were my car I won’t go back until I know roughly cost. So she decided to called him, he told her $100. She went there herself she asked if she could wait there because she doesn’t want to pay for a taxi for round trips, he said ok. And 45 minutes after he told her the job finished when she see how he did she asked can you make it fit because it’s really loose and look like he didn’t cut or modified nothing just put it in and it didn’t take 2-3 hrs like he said. He told her, he didn’t have time until March then she asked when I come back will you fixed it and there will cost me nothing right? he said no she will have to pay for his hours. So at all why he just not tell her for the whole job will cost about $200-300 or 45 or 50$ per hour. This is totally my friend got screwed!
