I contacted Alan about poor water pressure in my shower. He came a took a look and discovered problems with my main shut off valve. I put him in contact with my building management and after hours of work, was able to determine the place to shut off water to the building so that he can do the repair (my building is very poorly designed). Alan was very diligent in his work and went above and beyond to ensure my problems were fixed as soon as possible. I now have normal water pressure again and a working shut off valve! 10/10 would recommend.

Alan and his team were great from day 1. Always polite and friendly, communication was great as we reviewed different elements of our bathroom reno project. Alan provided the appropriate guidance and him and his team delivered on time! We have not had any issues since the installation was complete.
