I recently came here due to a recommendation from a few friends. I have to start off by saying the customer service was great. I felt welcomed the instant I walked in. The breakfast menu is delicious and would recommend the pancakes to all. Such a great experience and delicious food and to top it off it is a local and family owned restaurant which makes supporting them a no brainer!

Randomly found this place a few years back and have been coming ever since! It’s such a cute family-friendly place to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very homey. Highly recommend. Personal favourite: the pizza!

What a great small town feeling restaurant. The service was excellent. Good to hear that the servers were long time employees. I wish I would of taken a picture of our plates as presentation and even better the taste was what I craved and more. Will definitely be back.

Great food. Large variety of menu items. Service is not so great. Asked for more water at one point and never did receive it. Asked for a box for my food, and server forgot that as well. Server was not friendly at all which gives big demerit points for me. Just one smile can make a lot of difference. Regardless, I would return here for the food. :)

Read reviews online, they were decent so we stopped in for supper. Staff were run off their feet it was a tough day for them. Food was mediocre at best, fish & chips for husband, he had to remove the batter as he didn't like it. Chicken quesadilla was ok, definitely wouldn't order it again.

Excellent service, wide selection of dishes and lots of seating. I had the smoked meat sandwich and it was delish. Loved the crispy French fries!

Great restaurant. We went a Sunday , the place was quiet, the staff was friendly and the food was great. Reasonably priced as well. We both had burgers - very yummy. Love that it came with a side of salad with the French fries / poutine. We were in Manotick for the Third World Bazaar and cannot wait for next yr : we will come back :)Edit: went back , this time it was a Saturday morning : busy and staff was not as attentive (had to ask two times for another glass of water) but food was still excellent. Their breakfast special at $8.99 until 2pm is great :)

Really wanted to love this place but constant disappointment the 4 times I’ve been here. Won’t be returning.All 4 times I’ve had to request eggs be re-made because they are not what was requested. Clearly nobody is checking an order before it goes out. On 2 occasions they’ve missed requests and when brought to their attention, there was no attempt to correct. On 2 occasions we’ve been over charged. The pancakes were thick, heavy and tasted old. A restaurant shouldn’t have this many issues.When I told that to the unfriendly, curly haired waitress that seems to work mornings, her response was that it was a mistake. When I questioned “4 times in a row?” Her response was to “get different eggs then.”Won’t be returning.
