3 years ago I needed a part and was able to order it here. Since I received such great friendly service then, I naturally went back this summer when I needed extensive maintenance and repairs to my RV trailer. Sheila, Justin and Shayne provided exceptional customer service, taking time to explain to me what was needed, what the options were to repair, and Sheila was very patient and accomodating working around my summer camping plans. They were also able to get creative with repairing a water tank issue that could ahve resulted in needing to purchase a new tank. The repair is very secure and more funtional than original.

Had electrical issues and Ron and his team had it fixed and on our way within 1/2 hour thanks so much for making our BVJ weekend less stressful

Nyback RV serviceman Ron responded to fix my hot water tank. He was very professional & knowledgeable explaining exactly what he was doing so I would understand.The only issue I have is when I called for service, I explained the issue and what was wrong with my hot water tank. I explained the electric side had been out for some time and the problem now was the burner wasn’t getting any gas. She advised Ron would be out on Thursday to look after the problem AND that she would have him bring parts with them.Ron checked my tank and came up with exactly what I had however he didn’t have the part. He would be back on Friday with the parts. On Friday he did fix the gas problem by replacing the gas valve, however he didn’t have an element for the electrical side. He would be back the next Thursday (the day the always are at Silvercreek) to replace the element.The issue is that he had to come back three times to do what should have been done on the first visit in about an hour. So instead of one charge I had three different labour charges.The good news is now we have hot water.

I was given 4 names of companies to call for mobile RV service. One did not do mobile service any more. Two could not help me for 6-8 weeks.Nyback got out to my trailer in 4 days and did the service in 1 hour.It was an electrical issue, which I know can be terrible to locate. The Tech found, and repaired our problem in one hour.Great service!
