Awesome RV resort. The owners, office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly. Small issues are dealt with accordingly and the grounds are well kept.This is our first time purchasing an RV and placing it in a park. What I can say is that the experience has been fantastic so far and that comes with a big thanks to Staff here. Looking forward to future summers! -Tyler

It’s a great campground but the noise and amount of drunk people screaming after 11PM is absolutely ridiculous. And kids driving golf carts over 15kmh. Needs better security watch after 8pm. Do not recommend if you like your peace.

This park is beautiful. We enjoyed the potluck and the fireworks they have every long weekend. We had a lot of fun playing bingo and so were the kids. We will definitely go back.

Great trailer park. Owners are very friendly and very responsive. Issues are handled very promptly. It is a new park, missing a lot of the amenities of a more established park; but they are getting there. Inexpensive yearly fees, quiet and right on the grand river. If your looking for a get away" from the city noise or the clutter of other parks; this park will give you the rough'in it feeling by far."

Great place to set your trailer or RV for the year! Has a boat launch, a park and pool. Pool is closed due to covid and not yet the season for it. Park has some parts that look like they will be adding to it. Friendly people throughout the park! Love it!

Still a very new campground. Not much shade. Garbage disposal location is poor and causes some bad smells travel. People drive a bit quick through the sites. Great location and lots of potential.

It's an awesome park. All the amenities of home and is well maintained by the owner and his workers. Very familiar oriented. You are pretty much right on Lake Erie. So there's lot's of great fishing and boating as well as ATV and motocross trails. I can't say enough good things about the park as word don't do it justice. If you get out there to enjoy it I would highly recommend it. It is a trailer park but there's also a small area for tents.

I don't like writing reviews especially bad ones, but this time just want to help people not to get into bad situation as we did. Park owners and management are just the bunch of liers. All their promises are just cheap lies. The parking spots i basically a swamp. All I got last season is mud everywhere and bad smell. My tailer sunk to half of its wheels. Water always stink as rotten eggs. That really concerned me about health risk by using it.So all my memories of this park is mud, stink and drunk owner driving around with loud music from his corvette... Just avoid this place...

This campground is absolutely terrible!Why they have even a few people there is beyond me!It smells bad and there is no shade from trees. The pool is so small that no one really uses it. The water looks like they pulled it from the grand river and junk laying around all over.If you are smart try to stay clear of this place and consider yourself forewarned!The owner Roman drives around a lambo and can’t reinvest to make his campground better for his renters, I guess that’s what greed does!Roman is shady also he is selling a machine on Facebook that had obvious large problems with it and he had said that it was in good condition with no regard to other peoples time. Waited there 2hrs and he didn’t even show himself bc it he knew it was junk!Wish there was honest people out in this world he is not one of them!!! Ugh
