It's not a leisure hotel (no pool for example), but it's new and very well located at the side of the city bus terminal (Gare d'autocars) and a metro station. Comfortable rooms, free coffee machine at the reception, really good breakfast and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and recommend this hotel!

The way they welcomed me was so warm and professional I was very touched and very satisfied. Service really is 5 stars. And the fact that the entire hotel is clean is very nice too. My partner and I are staying here just for one night while waiting out the no electricity situation since the ice storm we just had. We've never stayed in a hotel in our hometown before, we've never needed to, but now I'm glad we get to live this experience. I think we'll be back, after a night out, just for fun. Thank you to the team. Every single one of you is so nice and has a genuine smile. All the best to you.

We got a two double bedroom for a family of four instead of a two queen size bedroom, and I have to be honest, the room was tiny. I mean really small. We were very cramped. But, we knew we were getting a smaller room, so that's partially on us. The room however it was very clean, everything was nice, looks good, good condition, everything worked, and the beds were extremely comfortable.Front desk attendants were extremely helpful, very friendly. We asked for extra pillows upon check-in, because I recently had surgery, and they had them up in our room ready for us when we got there. What they call a fitness center is a bit lacking, basically one treadmill, one elliptical, and a couple of other small things, but their morning hot breakfast was quite good. All the standard variety that you would see at a Choice Privileges hot breakfast, plus a few extra things. Nutella! The hotel is right in the heart of downtown, about a 20 minute walk from old Montreal, about a 20 minute walk from the waterfront. However, because of that, there is no on-site parking. There is a parking garage where you can park for between $8 and $15 (per day) depending on when and how long you park (no ins and outs... so if you're doing stuff in Montreal, walk, or use one of the many bicycles around town). Also, the hotel is up a small flight of stairs, so if you're bringing in any kind of heavy bags, or you need to use the luggage carts to get things and/or from your car, you'll need to use the wheelchair lift located in front of the property. But overall, we just really needed a place to crash. We were out and about in Montreal for 2 days doing stuff, so we did not need our hotel to be much more for us than a place to sleep, shower, change clothes, and eat breakfast. And for that, it was perfect, plus the added bonus of really, extremely friendly and helpful service. That's always nice.

Nice place. Ladies at the reception were quite friendly, smiling and helpful. Breakfast included: cereals, yogurt, waffles, muffins, oranges, coffee, juice, omelets, etc. Air-condition in the room, hot water in the shower and also make-up wipes, soap, shampoo and hair conditioner. So price and quality correspond each other.

Enjoyed our stay here. Good location, near metro. Rooms were excellent and a good breakfast area.

they price gouged us for staying during the F1 weekend ($1500 for 3 nights) and then made a key for a stranger and we had someone walk into our room at 1am. there's also random people just lingering around at all hours of the night down stairs. the outside doors never lock and there's no key for the elevator so anyone can wander in at anytime. other than the lack of privacy or security the room was clean and the location was nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and I was in my room in no time. The room itself was lovely - it was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. But what really stood out to me was the staff - they were incredibly helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone I encountered was welcoming and accommodating. While there weren't a ton of options for breakfast, what was available was delicious. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and hit the spot each morning. In addition, the location of the hotel was perfect for me - it was conveniently located near public transportation, which made it easy for me to explore the city.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. The quick check-in, lovely room, and helpful staff really made a difference, and the breakfast was a great bonus.Greetings from México!

The staff here were very helpful; they gave us a bag of snacks when we checked in, and let us check out later when we requested it. Amenities were pretty good as well; complementary breakfast had good availability and lounge was nice with a TV and coffee maker.Rooms were clean and had fridges and TVs, though we got placed in a room with 2 double beds instead of 1 queen and the walk-in shower was messy since a lot of water escaped when using it. Still, overall good experience with good service and top-tier central location, and prices affordable for students looking to stay in Montreal.
