3K Calibrations

I was scarred to do business with a company located outside the states. But this company with Dylan and Jordan proved to be above and beyond anything imaginable. My Hino runs better than ever before. Highly recommend to 3K Calibrations to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!

Absolutely awesome to work with!! Had a DPF delete done almost 2 years ago, had an issue about a year ago, and again this past weekend. Contacted Dylan, and he logged on as soon as I was ready and had it fixed in no time!! Turned out to not be anything to do with what they did, but he helped no questions asked! Would absolutely recommend, couldn't be happier with their services!!!

What a great experience. Decided it was time that my million mile DD13 truck I’ve had from day one, might start to have one box problems. Got a power increase with programming. Nothing wrong with truck before, and after it’s still runs great. Other then the power increase and not having to worry about what sensors are waiting to leave you stranded somewhere. It drives and sounds the same. This is not a hack program. The safety calibrations are all still there. Will definitely be back to have them tune my other truck.

Its a shame more companies do not have the level of customer service these guys have. When you call they reliably answer the phone both before and after the sale. If you email they respond in a timely manner. I had many questions going into it and I dealt with Dylan who patiently, thorougly, and knowledagebly answered them all through several phone calls and emails I made to them. There was only one time I got voicemail (I'm sure he was on the line with someone else) but he called me back before I even laid my phone down. I was extremely paranoid about sending my ECM out of the country especially after reading what I think was the only negative review they have. I also realize that you literally cannot find any product or service that does not have any negative reviews as it truly is impossible to please all of the people all of the time. There is two sides to every story and I realize that often negative reviews are left unfairly and are unwarranted. Fortunately, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt as I got the impression when speaking with Dylan on the phone that he a straight up honest guy. Although I've never shipped anything internationally they make the process extremely easy by emailing you all the pre-paid labels and instructions for next day delivery. All you have to is print the labels, package the ECM, and drop it off at UPS before the cut-off time for that day and it arrives by the end of the following day (you will have a tracking number to verify it). They do the programming the following day and return it to you in the same manner so the turnaround could not possibly get any quicker. I had a small complication after getting the ECM back but they paid the shipping both ways (which I'm sure isn't cheap) for me to return the ECM to them so they could re-verify the programming and returned it back to as quickly as they did the first time, and was able to resolve the problem. I now know first hand that they do stand behind their work and the lifetime guarantee they offer is not BS like many warranties are these days. My truck (09 Isuzu with 200+ K) has never ran better. Like most people, I typically only take time to leave reviews when I'm extremely dissapointed or extremely pleased and hopefully its obvious which category this one is in. Hopefully my review helps someone else who is struggling with their decision as I was. My only regret is not doing this many years ago.

This business (3K Calibrations) is very well established, an very knowledgeable of their services they are providing . Between Dylan answering all of the odd an end questions to professionalism of quick responses of emails to Jordan performing an knowing what steps are next an making it happen is a great team . I would highly recommend them to anyone N wouldn't think twice. An for Katie she is very responsible of the invoices an payments .

I want to recommend this business, I did an ECM update with them (international Prostar 2016 Maxxforce N13) , the first time I sent them ECM by mail from Nova Scotia, they did the job and sent it back to me, it all took about a week, very quickly and efficiently, all works perfect, but after a couple of months of work the truck showed error message (it didn’t affect the truck driving and the truck continued to work) I emailed to Dylan, he immediately tried to help me with the problem, but after he saw that it took more time to solve this problem, they sent me all the equipment needed, I connected it to the truck and people did their job, no more error messages!Dylan, Alexis, Jordan! Thank you very much for the excellent service!Highly recommended!!!

Dylan was excellent to work with, this company knows exactly what there doing with these trucks. Runs so much better now, no check engine lights. Will definitely be deleting my other truck soon and 3k calibrations will be the only ones doing my programing.

I was slightly nervous about using a company so far away that I’d never heard of, but let me tell you... these guys rock! Jordan has gone above and beyond for me on many occasions, even after the product was in my possession and completely paid for. It’s uncommon for customer service like this these days. Any future business that I have in this industry will go to 3K without a doubt. Don’t be afraid to give them a call!
