Called to inquire about some parts for an old bike of mine. They had it all and decently priced too! They were helpful and offered to install one of the parts that required a special tool I did not have. If I wasn’t familiar with bikes they would have got the servicing too. 10/10 would deal with Dale and his team again. When I’m ready to get a full suspension trail bike i’m coming here!ThanksSam

Dale is a legend, probably the best customer service I’ve had in a bike store let alone any store! I was looking to buy a bike he had in stock and I wouldn’t have been able to make it in time for store closing or until late next week. He let me know he had to do a service call right after close but let me know when he’d be back at the shop and I was able to go up and pick the bike up that night. He had it ready for a test ride when I got there and set everything up for my specs before I headed out. I highly recommend them for anything bike related.
