Extremely unpleasant staff ! They don't even greet you, they just stare at you while you shop. Prices are impossible to find on products . If you are looking for beauty supplies don't waste your time here.

I had inquired about a salon chair, when I came topick it up I wasn’t told it wouldn’t be in a box or wrapped. They knew ahead of time that I was coming from out of town.Staff was rude when I asked if it could be packed up as well as when they were loading it. Very unorganized & poor customer service.

Walked in and was told the store wasn't open to the public. If your not a salon professional don't waste your time or gas driving here across the city to being told your not welcome.
