They will never actually listen to what you’re ordering and they act annoyed when you correct them at the window. Gone through here way too many times and it’s almost always a disappointment.

Slow service, got my order wrong, and then I went last night thru the drive thru at 10:15 waited 5 mins nobody said hello and the lights were all on so I left. When you google this Tim Hortons it says it's 24hrs not impressed

The Summerside Prince Edward Island Tim Hortons is a great and fantastic place to buy coffee tea donuts muffins and the staff is friendly and helpful too

Cashier that helped me failed to apply my meal deal correctly while giving me heavy attitude. I'll cut some slack because she's new, but the attitude and angry face has got too go. Food was then silently put out - I had to ask if the food was mine before taking it. Definitely one of the more negative Tim Horton experiences I've had.

Tried the Timbiebs today. The birthday cake waffle is the best and definitely has the most flavour but they're not worth the premium" price they're charging. The other two options were rather bland."

Great place to hang out having a nice coffee and chatting with friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At lunch time is very crowded and you could wait until 15 minutes to be attended.

I order a medium French Vanilla with 2 shots of espresso, and the other day, they gave me a Hot Chocolate! Even though my lid was correct, the drink was wrong. I find it’s either hit or miss with downtown Tim Hortons.

Messed my order up, which happens I get. But both my coffee and my sandwich were wrong. And the person two back from me had their order messed up. Shady people hanging around outside. Just beat to go uptown to the top of Granville Street.
