Typical Tim Hortons chain, I find that the ambiance is fast food, not a place to be comfortable, hard seats, staff are always friendly, donuts mostly fresh but it's a hit and miss on variety as there not always made on time

Try to keep your staff. Open 24/7 at first. Why looking for a customer review when you have not been able to keep yr staff at first. Please your staff first, then ask for review.

If you are not paying attention you will be charged more than what the price should be. Woman around 40 at the tilt she's overcharging every day. She is always upping the price and if confronted she pretends she made a mistake. Be careful!

Their food is good, I just keep on throwing out their coffee it's the 4th one this week I throw out dark roast" and their potato's are very dryI would recommend their chicken buffalo wrap"

I was charged in a wrong manner. I order the same thing in all tims less expensive. In that place they told me the other tims didn't charged you correctly. I was a loyal customer to that specific Tim. I'll no more be back. I want to give zero star if possible

Typical Tim Hortons, everything was fresh, clean and fast service. Fake fireplace has decent chairs, it's nice and relaxing spot - the rest feels fast food". No loud music

Tim's food is always good but orders sometimes are wrong. A lot better than before tho, hence 4 stars vs 3
