Great place to work. The staff are always friendly and professional. Years ago when I suddenly found myself out of work, i dropped by this office and handed them my resume, i started working for them the next day. I've been with them ever since. I recommend Advantage to everyone that finds themselves out of work, or just looking for some extra income.

My boyfriend has been working through this company and he has not had any issues getting a variety of work/jobs to be able to do. They are very professional when it comes to contacting him to relay job opportunites to him. I would recommend Advantage Personnel to anyone

When I first told people I applied to a temp agency every single person was hesitant and skeptical (including me), but after being out of school for two years and still hunting for a job I was ready to try anything.Working for them was so easy - everything was handled for me, they even acted as a liaison for when I needed to miss time or switch my work days. Advantage is a good company to work for. They offered me an additional job posting when the one I was originally hired for ended, furthering my employment and giving me opportunities to try multiple jobs in fun and diverse work environments. Everyone who I was in contact with at their office in Halifax was very nice and helpful. Plus they offer positions in many different job fields and work environments. I highly recommend Advantage if you’re looking for exciting jobs in multiple different fields and environments.

Great place to work with lots of opportunities temp jobs, that are very good to learn different skills for other temp jobs and staff is very friendly and always their to reach out you have question about the Job placements

When I filled out the form and spoke with them I told them I didn't want to lift anything over 50 pounds repeatedly and that I wanted jobs AT LEAST 15 dollars an hour. They sent me to unload a big truck trailer with all 100lb and 120lb dressers for 13.50 an hour after saying it was only 50 pound items and lower. I will never work for this company again! I will say I worked for them years ago and never had issues like this but they have new staff now.

I’ve been here a year now and have been kept busy.I like the hours and the people I work with.The advantage staff are very friendly and accommodating.Anytime I have a question it gets answered rate away.I really appreciate the steady work and upbeat team.
