Fleetwood Bottle Return Depot Ltd

I have been to numerous bottle depot in the Langley, Surrey area and not one even comes close to the customer service and professionalism of The Fleetwood Bottle Depot. I always bring in over 500+ plus recyclables in two large bags. At other depots that would complain about this and chastise me. Not at Fleetwood. You are greeted with a smile by there 5 regular employee and outstanding manager Sukie. I printed off my tags and no word of a lie they worked efficiently on my order immediately. I have never seen this done before. Most places you drop your bags and hope they are processed in 3 to 4 days not 15 minutes! I was floored as I used their location for the first time this week. I will gladly drive the 20K to be greeted with respect and a smile. They process your 0drop and go order before you often had a chance to wash your hands! The Fleetwood location is extremely clean and well organized. Sukie's employee are efficient and enthusiastic. At most other depots the employees have ear buds in and do their best to ignore you. Not at Fleetwood. I'm a huge fan and will continue to tell others in the side hustle canning community about them. They are a ray of sunshine in the bleak world of bottle depots. Encorp should single them out as to how to run a depot operation. Sukie - you are a tremendous manager. You should be training other managers in the bottle recycling community how to run an outstanding operation. If I could give a 10 STAR review I would. Good and professional team of employees here. Fast and efficient service. Also, more organized and clean compared to other bottle depots.

Very nice people and clean and organized recycle depot with a spacious parking which you can conveniently park your car and move your stuff with the plenty of carts they have to inside the store.I've gone here for a few years and tried other depots as well but this one is way better. The staff are friendly and helpful, although this business does not need that much of customer service. Usually, the recycle depots are smelly and messy but here one is clean and organized.If you manage to count your bottles in advance, you can skip the line, if there's any, and the payment is done very fast.Good luck guys.

I haven't seen, I think her name is Deb who was working there for a long time it seems. Long, black hair. In her early 40's . She was such a kind person always wanting to help everyone who was struggling with their load of recycles. Then I saw her walking today and she told me she was let go due to the slow season and yet I saw new people were hired. She was crying because she liked her job and she needs it too. I'm very disappointed to witness this. I can't begrudge the depot in doing a job well done insofar as their work is concerned, but people make the atmosphere also. If anyone who knows the gal I'm talking about please leave a message at the depot and let them know and if you have a job that she can do... she's very good with people.... please leave that info. there as well. We need our good people in the world, let's help her. Thanks everyone. We have to look after one another. <3

Closes early without notice. Drove not very far but in heavy traffic to get around to the correct side of fraser. Only had 2 bags to return, was going to sticker them and toss em in, didnt even care if they weren't counted for a week. The person said no, we are closed and wouldnt even take 2 bags of cans. This was at 4:45PM on a Wednesday. Perhaps just change the hours to 4:30 so employed poeple can't make dropoffs.

I have been to few bottle depots in Surrey. This is by far the best one. Staff is very helpful and polite and the place is always clean & plenty of parking available too.

Hey we know we are all busy. But shorting your client is not cool at all. My dad is a very understanding person and trust you guy but shorten him $10 is not cool at all. Re-train your staff and show the client what they get. That’s basic customer service.

The strengths, it's a great little depot for just about anything.The staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely seem to enjoy their team atmosphere.But alas it is one of our dirtier chores. A dirty chore shared in this communal space.
