Very happy with my move to NetFox from my previous provider. 100mbps is so much better then the old slow 5mbps. And the price is very reasonable. So far so good. Thinking of going with there tv service as well.

I have been with Netfox for 3 months now. I've used customer service twice and had FAST, efficient and friendly service. I have internet and TV and love my service. I highly recommend this company. Update: a year later they are still great! I moved and the transition with internet was seamless and simple!

Moved from Eastlink to Netfox 3 weeks ago for my internet and iptv. Great staff and service, quality reception, fantastic savings. Took a bit of work to set up, and some upfront expense for the ROKU devices but full payback will be in 2 mths. and then it will be less than half the price. Why didn't I do this sooner?

Located in Halifax. We have had netfox now for four years. The price is simply unbeatable. Service is great. Very little downtime (better than Eastlink and Bell in my previous experience). Speed is consistent and works for my needs. Don't get tricked into expensive fast speeds with other companies. We have 150 mbs down/10 up for $62/mo. It is more than sufficient for watching 4K HD video, online gaming and everything else.

Wish I had moved to Netfox soon. Saving a bundle every month after getting rid of Bell alliant. Set up was super easy and everthing works great. I bought the fire stick 4k and full package of Atop tv and works fantastic. Make sure to get the 150 mpb for best results. No buffering if you connect directly to tv. Support is excellent.

Netfox has provided our internet (with voip) service for quite some time now. Any issues presented were addressed quickly, and in a friendly manner. Customer service have proven exceptionally patient, and reassuring.I signed up because of the incredible cost savings compared to alternatives. Amazing, and unexpected. Moving provinces, I am not sure if they could have made this easier, which is, let’s face it - not some thing I had expected from a communications provider. Setting up was ridiculously easy and honestly, I am not getting paid for this, it was surprisingly simple, and I’m grateful when moving can be very stressful. Thank you so very much! I would definitely recommend Netfox.
