Very thorough, engaging experience with cleaning teeth. Staff are always pleasant. engaging and helpful. No delays in appointment. Office is also interesting as it provides video to educate regarding dental health in lay-friendly communication. Prompt scheduling of the next available appointment.

Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to make appointment with my Dentist Dr. Anthony Chin. I asked how much a cleaning and check-up would cost and was told $160 + $80. I show up for my appointment and after a cleaning and finding a new dentist who when I ask him who he is, finally tells me that Dr. Chin has retired - this is the first time that I learn that Dr. Chin is no longer here. They take X-rays (as would Dr. Chin) nothing new here.When I get to leave, I learn that the bill is well over $500.00. I explain to the admin staff that that was not my understanding based on my conversation when making the appointment.Then I am told that I have to pay for a new patient assessment (I was coming to see Dr. Chin - why did they not tell me this before?), that I have to pay for two different kinds of X-rays (no mention of extra cost during appointment or when making my appointment and asking how much my appointment would be) and that it was not negotiable!Needless to say that the lack of transparency and honesty - tell me that my Dr. is no longer there please - and unwillingness to understand that I did my due diligence about cost when booking my appointment with MY DENTIST is unacceptable. I have $60 insurance coverage for dental every two years.That is why I called ahead and asked how much it would be. I will not be coming back or recommending this practice. They need to learn how to step up and tell the truth and honour it. What a lack of professionalism. Leaves a very bad taste in my mouth for sure. Best of luck.

I brokemy my tooth on Dec23, 2022 in the morning, I called and they give me an appointment within the hour, to check my tooth, not a lot of dentists will give you an appointment that fast. Very satisfied with thier work, everyone is very nice always , highly recommending

Dr. Pilipenkos and his staff are caring and attentive to all my needs. I’ve never had any issues and absolutely no complaints at all. Joanne (hygienist) is wonderful and caring. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new office.
