I jad a GREAT experience with Ray. Very professional. I had to get him in to redue another electricians job. I will definitely call him again for future jobs.

FACT: Ray left me hanging...TWICE!The second time Ray left me in the lurch and another contractor had to be called in to complete the job!SUMMARY: I didn’t feel like Ray worked with me, like other contractors did, to find out my needs, and to finish the job. If you are looking for an electrician, I would highly NOT recommend Ray!

DO NOT HIRE!Myself and my wife have been renovating homes for over ten years and have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and someone with such poor workmanship.We hired R. Bock Electrical (Ray) to do a simple renovation on our cabin in the Spring of 2020.......not only did He constantly show up late and took double the amount of time to complete the job than it should have, We now have multiple issues with our light switches and/or lights not functioning properly, breakers constantly blowing, exterior flood lights no longer working and the Electrical Permit for the job was cancelled by Technical Safety BC because of incomplete work.We have zero confidence in his work and feel that the work was done completely unsafely. As a result we now need to hire a new electrician to come in and either redo his work or inspect it to make sure it was done properly.We tried multiple times to contact Ray via text and email outlining the issues that needed to be fixed and his response was that the job was complete and that he demanded full payment. Not only did Ray demand full payment for an incomplete job but he also increased the total invoice by over 50% citing extra work completed. Ray is an absolutely horrible electrician and should have his business license revoked.There is no way I would ever hire him again or recommend his services. Stay far away!
