My first visit assessment was today. Nicole was very knowledgeable, friendly and I felt that she was concerned about my situation now and being an amputee she asked about the prosthetic timing and how we will have to change adjust my shoe upon learning to walk again, that showed me she was thinking ahead. She placed my order and I look forward to getting my shoe and my slipper. Thank you Nicole and the rest of the staff. Blessings

Very helpful and friendly staff. I was in recently to get my orthotics refurbished, which was completed during my appointment. Half hour later I was out with 2 pairs. Never had a bad experience here and have been using their services for past 7 years.

Very helpful and friendly staff, I really enjoy coming here! I was able to get my orthotics refurbished immediately during my appointment which only took 15 minutes. However to get an appointment was a few weeks out. Paul is the best!

Not only did I get the best; most comfortable orthotics ever, but also two pairs of fashionable sandals and due to Franks greatly appreciated tweaking skills, I can walk in these without pain. I cannot say enough about the incredible service offered by BioPed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and having the lab on-site is the best. Adjustments are made while you wait, allowing you to try the orthotics out immediately. I highly recommend this facility!

BioPed staff provide excellent service. Mackenzie took the time to help me get the right size compression socks, a size small instead of medium. Angelica sent me a pdf of my receipt, encouraged me to try on my new size socks and she also was careful to ask my full name before releasing the socks to me. I am pleased and will return to Bioped for my next purchase.

Bioped employees have been nothing but professional since I have been a patient for 27 years. Weather it is getting custom orthotics, socks, shoes the quality has been wonderful. When I have had issues with their products they looked after me without question and always encouraged me to come back if I experienced any other issues. If you are thinking of going to Bioped I say, go for it you won't regret it.
