I don’t know why I’m reading at five stars but my son does like the clothes here I do find it a slightly over pricing for my budget but that’s just because I’m cheap

Been shopping here for years. Just went with my 60 year old brother who clearly has Parkinson’s. WOW. Zero customer service. And after spending a good 45 minutes and well over $400 - we were asked to buy a bag. No thank you for shopping with us.Really like to shop local and don’t typically buy on line. And yes should have brought multiple reusable bags with us. However customer service and common courtesy could would have gone a long way here.

I pulled into the parking lot to return something at this location and was confronted by an employee in the parking lot accusing me of parking at the store when I wasn’t shopping there…. I was literally holding a Mark’s box in my hands !!I went inside and the girl at the counter told me I could only get a refund onto a gift card. I told her that I wanted a refund onto the card I had paid with… she said that wasn’t possible. I told her that they had no such policy posted and that if she didn’t refund me I would contact my credit card company. She said that she couldn’t refund me except onto a gift card and I told her she has better figure it out because I didn’t want a gift card. She immediately returned my money back onto my card easily with no issue. Beware of this store!! I will not be coming back that’s for sure !

Had to come to this location as the Lankford store did not have the size. The employees were hard to distinguish between regular customers in the store. Managed to find the project myself I was looking for, the store looks in rough condition and they could definitely use some new benches to sit on while you try on shoes and boots

In all reality it's 0 stars. The one attended was quite rude when asked to return brand new gloves for exchange, I was only able to get into the Downtown location" for exchange because they are the only store said to have product but was blaintenly told they couldn't be found so im pretty much SOL

I recently purchased boots from this place. The place is currently under construction hence its not organized but the staff were really helpful. Overall a smooth experience considering their store renovation.

I came looking for new work pants and I felt as though this girl employee was following me around the shop, then another one came and they were just eyeing me down in every isle. Very stupid so I just left cause it was uncomfortable.

I have purchased many items from this store over the last 14 years, it has always been difficult for me to find pants long enough. I'm 6'5 and need 36 inseam. Mark's has always been willing to order Levi 501s until today. I was told the jeans aren't made even though I bought 2 pairs in the past year. Very disappointing. I've been wearing 501s with 36" inseams for over 30 years. I've even bought 37" inseam in the past."
