The Store has improved in the last few months Friendly staff especially the younger ones and Some items when on sale are a great deal when not prices can be high on regular priced items Clean store Nice Deli Use their app to gain more deals

Overpriced products and produce. Stocking needs to be done in the evenings. Staff stocking shelves when customers are trying to shop and blocking isles. I personally will leave isles and purchase elsewhere. Not a good experience shopping at save on.

In Chilliwack I spend $10 for a rack of ribs old Jimmy p wants $21 .I'll get all my food from freshco in Chilliwack.its worth the gas in savings.we all need to boycott save-on

Overall a good store with friendly staff. However, when they run out of any particular product, it stays out of stock for weeks. This is especially true of sale items, but it goes on long after the sale is over.

Stopped to buy a forgotten item on our way through on a trip. We decided we needed a bite to eat and hit the Save On deli to stay away from fast food. Picked out a sandwich and asked Pam if she would microwave it for us. She was so sweet and said I could, but if you have 5 minutes I could bake it for you and it will be much better. Pam was right and so friendly! Made the journey much more delicious. Thanks Pam!!

Unless you have a more savings account, it isn't worth shopping here. During summertime the lineups are barely pushed through even with 4 tills being opened. Makes Costco look good. Overpriced. Dirty Deli, less and less as time goes on. There are very few select staff from young to older that care about others, aside from them? Awful team. They've over the months been transferring their terrible management. Thank God. Hope to never see Matt again. Save up for a proper shop in Chilliwack or support local with Buy-Low foods instead.
