I could not be happier with the service we receive from the entire staff at the Medicine Shoppe here in Burlington. They are always very professional and never fail to explain the interactions and use of my medications. Peter the chief pharmacist has actually advised my doctor and I about interactions that I could expect and alternatives if necessary. Nothing ever seems to be a problem and they have time for each client. My wife and I recommend this Pharmacy without hesitation.

This is the best pharmacy my husband and I have ever had experience with. The pharmacist is excellent, providing knowledge and personal service. Plus he is a kind, friendly man. All the staff are helpful. Highly recommend, especially over a large corporate pharmacy.

I wouldn't recommend to deal with this pharmacy. The owner of the business promised me to write an employment contract to work as a pharmacy assistant on Saturdays but then later refused after I worked with him for several weeks. He made a deal with me to get trained as a pharmacy student on weekdays and work as an assistant on Saturdays but then he claimed that they were all part of pharmacist studentship training that I have to finish to get licensed. Still today, he didn't pay me the full amount of hours worked. Also he aborted my studentship training through the college of pharmacy without my prior consent and approval. Do not deal with this pharmacy or else you get betrayed.

This location is a breath of fresh air where customer service and competitive pricing is concerned. I really value the personalized health advice and counselling from Dr. Youssef especially when I need a second opinion from what my doctor recommends. My family members have switched to this pharmacy as well. The staff are so warm and friendly and I like that they know the patients by name when you walk in. Thank you for accommodating us and going above and beyond.
