We usually love shopping at the Langley Store - however in January we had a horrible experience, and I do not think we will be back. We we go shopping there is usually a van load of us women, (as we come from out of town) and we all usually buy a lot of items. This time we were informed there were new rules... we were only allowed to try on a certain amount of items at a time, then shop some more and come back to try on a few items again... Am I the only woman that feels if I am going to take everything off to try on clothes, I would rather not keep taking off and on my own clothes just to try on more? This actually turned us off from looking any longer in the store. Also, I would like to inform you that the Manager in Langley was saying that the Chilliwack store only has seconds. This is poor form, and I happen to find that the Chilliwack store is not like this at all.I am sorry to say that this was a bad experience after years of shopping there, and I regret to inform you that Cleo's will be getting our $$$ from now on.
