Very accommodating. Brian is down to earth, professional and kind. His service is timely and he bends over backwards to meet your timelines. He works within COVID recommendations and is safe and clean. Angie is the sweetest, most reliable, friendly, and wonderful person. We can't say enough good about these amazing people. Prices are great and they walk you through everything. Thank you Angie and Brian!

Wonderful good old fashioned service! The team was very kind and empathetic. They also went above and beyond ….my son died in Toronto and they were happy to bring him home to us. We could never express in words our gratitude to Simpler Times Kingston.

I personally haven't dealt with Simpler Times. However my Dad passed away recently. From pickin my Dad up to the final step. They treated my Mom & Sister with respect & very compasionate. Thank you for guidin them through this sad tough moment

Brian was responsive to our short-notice needs on the day, but his tone was off the mark in his office. Some jokes may have been intended to lighten the mood but they were not welcome. He also complained about the government making more work for business owners in his industry while he was filling in the forms for my dad's cremation. A family who just lost a family member that day, does not care about your perceived government shortcomings or about what complicates your business for you. When my dad's remains were ready to be picked up, my mom did not want to go back this office.
