Awful experience for a Vans store. I like the brand, but went in the store looking for new shoes. I chose 4 pairs of shoes to try and the employee looked at me and said are you buying all these pairs" with a lazy attitude. Answered that I wanted to try them. He then turned back and told me to "put all the shoes I chose back in place"

Fantastic experience. The staff was extremely patient with my girlfriend and I while trying on various sizes and styles of shoes. All staff members wore masks and whipped down surfaces multiple times while we were in the store. I felt very safe while inside. Great experience!

Costumer service from a young guy with dark hair dont know his name but he was super friendly and helpful he even gave a sticker to my son who was running around !

Very busy because it was a long weekend. Found what I was looking for. Circulation around is not fluid because lack of parking on street level. Good service from floor staff and at cashier.

Victoria was patient and very friendly. Retail stores need more staff like her who are kind and take the time to make sure that customers needs are met. She is a gem!

Amazing service by Diego (I think his name was on the receipt) told me all about the sponge bob collection and was super patient with me trying bunch of sizes :) the whole staff is super nice

Went to the vans store today in Dix 30 and I had the best customer service from Chris, he was really nice and very informative. Thank you and i will always be retuning to this store for great customer service.
