A good old fashioned family run store with one thing that's missing a lot of these days - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Chris was awesome in fixing my lamp right on the spot! He assured me that if it broke again to come back as they have a 6 month service guarantee - isn't that fantastic? I was in and out in 15 minutes and while there I browsed their huge selection of vintage lamps, lamps fashioned from objects like telephones, cameras and teapots and handmade shades, made by his mother. Very impressed! I will definitely recommend you to friends and family - THANKS CHRIS! - Darrin

The reviews are true! Fantastic service, reasonable, polite and personable, what's not to like? Fixed my lamp right away while I waited. It was worth getting stuck in traffic for this kind of professional service. Highly recommend.

Such a great experience! My lamp had a broken pull chain so went to get it repaired, not only did they fix that issue but they pointed out a few other small issues and fixed them as well. So kind and willing to help, and gave great advice!

This is definitely the lamp place in Montreal. The Shop mostly deals with old fashion lamps, but they were still able to fix my modern lamp and it only took 15 minutes. The owner is a lamp guru.

I brought a table lamp in to see if they were able to repair it. It had fallen on the floor and it was all loose and wabbly. Kris did a very good job on it and it is solid a rock. I was very happy with the result. He fixed it right away for me and I was able to take it home I didn't have to make another trip to go and get it. I appreciated that very much. He is a very friendly& sympathetic guy. I would recommend this place very strongly.
