The retail operation at Action is about average...I ordered a truck bed tent (Napier) and the internal ordering system confirmed it would arrive at the store the following day. Surprise...it did not! Furthermore the system then informed 'Mike', the store employee, that it wasn't coming the following day either... I expressed my disappointment as I was trying to camp 2 days later. However Mike stepped up where Action failed! He went out of his way to track down the tent model I needed at another store, picked it up and brought it back to his store the following day!! Thanks Mike...service delivered beyond expectations will bring me and the many other loyal customers you create back over and over again!Hey Action...keep this guy, promote this guy and give him a raise...quickly before another company scoops him up!!!

Vicky (and Touren rims) have been a huge help after a minor problem with one of my rims. They are replacing it even though it is questionable what exactly happened to the rim. (possible my driving) I'm really happy with the staff at Action Car and Truck, they backed up the product they sell which is important when you are paying for higher quality equipment. Will definitely be a return customer.
