I dropped off my taxes because the representative I was trying to get an appointment with was busy". Understandable but it's been almost 2 weeks now and I seriously doubt that there is that many Canadians needing to do their American taxes. The women working at the desks were extremely rude and whenever I call to check the status of my taxes I am greeted with absolute rudeness. I came there because I needed help getting my American taxes done and all I get is disrespect. I'm seriously disappointed in this company and their "proffessionalism" like if you don't like your job that much then find another one."

Called the reception and she said we can come in at 7:00PM. We went in and she took down our info and asked us to wait, we waited for two hours and at 9:15 Pm past their closing time, she told us sorry we are closed, you can come tomorrow

DONT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING TO H & R BLOCK. DROPPED OFF MY TAXES OVER A MONTH AGO AND IT HASNT GOT DONE YET.TRIED CALLING MULTIPLE TIMES, LEFT SO MANY MESSAGES, EVEN EMAILED DEBBIE. STILL NO RESPONSE. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.IF THEY EVER SAY SOMEONE WILL GIVE YOU A CALL BACK, GOOD LUCK GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM.

As someone one with the knowledge of knowing how to do them myself, I ended up having to go in and get my taxes done in person after encountering an error when doing them myself online. My tax expert was great, found some things I would have missed myself, and explained how to do my business taxes as someone who does social media as a side job. I was able to understand the whole process, and I was grateful for the payment options as it was more expensive due to some tax forms I had.

I wanted someone to do my US taxes and was told that Debbie at this branch could do it. Had an appointment for her to call me a week after I initially called. Never got that call so I called them. Gave my contact info again but still no call... never did get a call so I went somewhere else. Based on the other reviews I'm reading here I'm glad I did!

The quickest and most hassle free tax return experience I have ever had! I was helped by a tax pro named Debbie and just saying she's a pro would be an understatement. She really knows her stuff! 10/10 best branch I've ever visited.

Went above and beyond expected. There were some technical difficulties that the girls had to work through and they stayed past closing to figure it out to get my tax return to me. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back next year! :)
