Yesterday was our recycle pick up day and it never got picked up. I called to see if we leave them out or wait until next week. Pick up was cancelled because of the heat. So great of management to look after the workers.

I accidentally locked my keys inside my van near this place, and I decided to request some help from their staff. A very nice woman named Amber was able to call me a tow truck to unlock the doors for me. She didn't seem agitated at all that a complete stranger interrupted her morning, and didn't hesitate in providing assistance. Thank you for the help Amber, I am glad to see the quality of kindness is not yet extinct in our society.

This is what this company's well trained employees do when they don't want to take all your house hold garbage. Well done!!!!!!

We are a small townhouse complex of 21 units and today when they picked up my green recycle bin they spilled and only picked up 1/2 from the ground. When we returned the bin to our yard there was still waste inside full of magets. Very sloppy work ethics at least make sure the bin is empty. This is not the first time this has happened other owners complain as well. Not happy with EMTERRA but this is the company the city uses so we are forced to use them.

Can never return phone calls. Garbage is hardly ever picked up for 3 out of 4 houses on my street. Let's also note that if I could offer a lower score I would. These guys are absolutely ridiculous. You can call an hr straight with zero answer.Edit finally got a phone call back after calling and emailing multiple people. Thank you to the manager for contacting.

The drivers are ok but the management team is terrible, rude and very disrespectful I would not recommend working with them since they take everything they can from you as well as not treating the customers who call in with respect. I wish I could give a lower rating.

Great service!! Guys are polite, they bring my cans to my door and even take extra if needed. These guys work very hard and service 1000 homes a day #grateful #thank you.

Worst company ever. The lady I talked to today regarding a missed pick up (not the first time) was awful and the company should be ashamed to employ someone that clearly is miserable. She had an excuse for everything. Poor poor poor experience dealing them.

I wish I could leave a 0 star about this location because they're incompetent and ignorant in their office. Some drivers are nice and respectful but it's like they hire whoever without any kind of interaction. I've never been so annoyed by a company before. One driver gave my mother the middle finger because she asked them to not throw our garbage bin. They continuously leave the bins in the middle of the street or upagainst our vehicles and today your office woman hung up on my husband because he didn't understand why our garbage wasn't picked up. All because their drivers were too lazy to walk around a vehicle that was parked in front of the bins. Even though the recycling and compost never had an issue.
