Andy provided us with an excellent service: knowledgeable, reliable, and reasonably priced. He solved a problem with our smoking wood burner and it has been working perfectly since. We would happily recommend!

I chose Andy as he quoted me a fair price and quick appointment time. He arrived early (not a problem) and got straight on with the job. Super efficient, chatty, friendly and made sure everything was all hoovered up before leaving! Great service, will use again and recommend to others!

We had our stove swept in October by Alexander & Sons and it highlighted a problem with our liner which needed replacing. The original installers were unable to help until after xmas so we were delighted that Andrew was able to provide a quote and install just as the cold weather hit. We now have a working stove again with a liner that should last us many years. We'll be using them for annual sweeping services too from now on, cant recommend Alexander & Sons highly enough.

Great service and value. Called regarding a suspected issue in my chimney, they came out to give it a sweep and an inspection. Thankfully confirmed everything was in order and gave some suggestions on what to look out for in future. I'd recommend to anyone else needing a similar service.

They came around and did what I think was a very thorough assessment and gave me some good, practical advice. I've not asked them to carry out the work yet so don't feel qualified to give 5 stars until I do.Update: Stove installed and it looks great. I did have a problem with it which was nothing to so with the stove or the fitting that Alexander and Sons did but Andrew Alexander came around to advise and everything is fantastic.How do I score 6 out of 5 on google ??
