A retaining wall and stairs has been built in my garden. I bought stones and sand in BURNCO. They have all the things I need. Manager Mike always patient to answers my question. As I don’t have a truck, Mike used his truck and spent his time to help me return all the pallets. Thank you Mike for all you help :)

Have come in here numerous times during our landscaping process. The staff and management are SO helpful. Everybody is really willing to answer questions and set up deliveries and pick ups in a timely fashion. The staff are also extremely friendly and the building and yard are well kept and clean. Would recommend SiteOne West Kelowna time and again.

Went in today to get some pricing and opinions on a project. The gentleman helping us was polite and thoughtful, however the man who seemed like the manager was disrespectful to and of his employees, whom were doing their best to help us with our needs. When we asked specific questions about products, the manager bluntly told us we can find all that information online. Not a fan of the overall experience and will be taking our business elsewhere.

My issues are nearly a year in the making. Ordered several thousand dollars of product from Burnco last year. We’ve had a few disagreements on charges that were resolved, but they finally decided to take the damaged blocks away this spring and pay me for the pallets I returned. I’m still waiting on all of this, even the pallet refund, and I keep having to follow up with them to get a response. No idea what’s going on so far, and I am many months behind schedule waiting for replacement product. I will update this as the story continues.Thank you for responding (2 days ago). I was dealing with your Kelowna (Westbank) branch. They are well aware of the situation, but apparently have gone MIA. Are you going out of business? I've had no further responses to my enquires. Ignoring my requests. Not providing information on the refunds or product ordered. Very very frustrating. When they said they would get back to me as soon as they could, I certainly didn't expect this.

Took an hour and a half for them to load some mulch and granite edgers. Guy in the yard was rude until he realized how long I had been waiting. He didn’t ask how much mulch I wanted and I ended up buying way more then I wanted just to get it over with. The two in the shop were nice enough, but this should of been a 15 minute trip. Now I’m stuck in rush hour, effectively wasting an hour and a half of my time. Thanks Burnco

I spent $160 on Basalt rock ( 1 yard) and they gave me rock which was absolutely filled with dirt. So now there is a solid layer of dirt underneath the rock. It completely voids the weed control fabric I put down. Staff at Burnco didn't care. They said it was a bad batch. Nothing they could do.

The bag option is handy if you just want a bag or several put down in your yard, and you can do with it as you choose. I take it they come back for the bag?
