I had to take a cab to Napa in Summerland to pick up a new car battery. The service was excellent and seeing I was planning to take the same cab home, the gent serving me offered a ride home to avoid the slightly inebriated cabbie. Way above and beyond for service and definitely most appreciated! Thanks again!

The battery of my car died while on a road trip and they had the battery I needed. The worker then came out to the parking lot with their own tools and helped install the battery. Really grateful for their help and generosity especially as they helped after the store closed.

James onsite (employee/manager/owner I am not sure) who was working went above and beyond to help out with a little situation we were having in the parking lot out front - New Battery - help with a tricky bolt on my own car - after he closed up shop at the end of the day ) Props and cheers to you sir. We were in need of either to start machinery but the other Well known parts store didn't have any in stock for 3 weeks,,But NAPA HAD BOTH SPRAY AND STREAM nozzle cans in plentiful supply.. The counter guy was awesome and knew exactly what I needed...
