Wonder Spa

Beware of this Spa. I had a sore back yesterday so I called asking for pricing on a massage. $50 for a 1 hour massage before 1pm I was told. I arrived before 1pm, and was asked to pay beforehand. I gave $60 to include a $10 tip. I was then told the price was $60 and that I needed to give a $40 tip. She said that the girls would do “extras” so I needed to give a bigger tip. I said I had a sore back and I was just there for a normal massage, I wasn’t interested in “extras”. This went back and forth for a few minutes and she ended up making me leave because I wouldn’t give a $40 tip. Be very cautious with this location.

This was my first time and my last time here, my attendant was rude, I paid for an hour got 40 minutes, she took my change from $100 bill, I had to actually speak to the manager to get half of it back, I would not recommend this place to anyone, terrible service, but the manager was very nice and professional

Just another fake massage place. I went in with a sore back and specifically asked if they had a registered massage therapists that knew how to give real massages. I made it clear I wasn't interested in extras. The lady said yes absolutely... and convinced me they were professional. Once the massage started, she sent another lady who spoke 0 English, didnt know to even put lotion on first, and was just rubbing my back aimlessly. 5 minutes in and she asks me how much I'm gonna tip her in whispered voice. At that point, I got frustrated and left. The lady who had first spoken to me asked me why I was leaving and I said you told me you had a registered massage therapist... there is no way in hell the woman giving me a massage was an rmt. Just wasted $45. Don't go to this place expecting a real massage.

This is an exotic spa, not a proper spa.

Awful experience. I got an hour long couples massage and the girl left a total of 5 times during the session and at one point was gone for a good 7 minutes. I was looking forward to a relaxing massage, but they barely use any pressure so when I asked for more pressure she didn’t understand English so the whole experience was unenjoyable, I still feel sore. My nine year old niece could have done a better job! Not only that but they tried to over charge me $45 extra, plus a $30 tip on top of that. Unprofessional place!! Don’t waste your time.

I usually go there for massage. Yuki is very good and she knows what to do. I also tried other people but yuki is the best.

Its an exotic massage place, full of asian masseuse, they aint that young though but do have good looks.The masseuse i got gaved me a somewhat good massage, i was kneaded like dough at first, then gaved a focused area massage i ask for, then a sensual massage.The place is clean and fairly quiet, but thin walls.They were kind of unprofessional though as a receptionist since: i come in, she saw me, she led me to a room and then ask how long, then i strip and get the massage.Really blunt that it aint a professional massage parlor and the skills and professionalism depends on the masseuse.Didnt even get to choose my masseuse. But whoever is available.

I just want to weaning who ever go there. I think they are Scan with your time. If you book for 1 hour, they massage for you only 45min. I Theyask it already one hour. She yes but I don't think so. I arrive 10:40 I going to a room 10:45. She start to massage 10:50. Appointment is 11am, she finished 11:35, it suppose to be 11:50 cheating with your time. If you go make sure you check a time too. This is what happened to me, I not sure if I will go back again. Just be careful.

I went in and left after 15 minutes. The receptionist directed me to a room and had me waited in there, but NOBODY showed up. I walked out and then the receptionist asked me that I had to prepay. I've never been to a massage parlour that asked me to prepay. Very unprofessional of them. You're better off going to May Blossom.

Very unprofessional! I walked in and was told , a 45 min massage will cost me 50$ plus 20$ tip .I thought the lady was joking .when I was done with my massage , which was honestly not great , (the lady tried hard tho and was friendly ) .I asked how much I owed them and she literally said 70$ .I think it’s sooooo rude , to decide how much a customer has to tip .during the massage the lady left a couple times to answer the phone .I am paying for 45 min and got served maybe 30 . I don’t think it’s very hygienic to massage my feet and right after my face and head .without washing their hands in between .and in general .I don’t like to write any reviews except if I had a great experience .this is literally the first time I feel I wanna share my experience with wonder spa !I can’t get over that rudeness and customer service .
