THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I spent ~$400 on the resume package back in 2020 with Sandra and it was absolutely unsatisfying. She was nice but her background and skills definitely cannot polish your resume to a desired point. She basically only tailored my language, but did not provide any constructive feedback or upgrade on the format. Go to FIVERR instead if you want a decent and professional resume.Most importantly, their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. My complaint was handled by another career coach *Jin* rather than a manager, which I later found out. *Jin* was SO RUDE during the two phone calls - rather than acknowledging their poor services or solving the problem, he was totally gaslighting me and questioning my attitude towards Sandra in email, which is 100% better than Jin’s disrespectful attitude.Seems like Jin is still working as a career coach here, which is ridiculous. Save your money and go elsewhere that is worth your money and effort.
