I can’t say enough about my experience with Joy Bridal. Rachel was wonderful to work with as a stylist during my wedding dress hunt.I was on an incredibly tight timeline and she was able to find me a dress that fit like a glove that I could take home that day.I was really apprehensive about dress shopping because I didn’t want to feel judgement or like I didn’t look good in a dress or that I “couldn’t wear” a style of dress. Rachel made the experience so easy. I felt that my options were endless, and she had suggestions for each element I was looking for in a dress. Most importantly I felt beautiful and that was the feeling I was looking for!I’d definitely recommend supporting this amazing shop and small business! I was able to buy one of my bridesmaids dresses here as well and once again her consultant was so helpful and knowledgeable.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Joy Bridal! Before I knew of this boutique, I searched all over for my wedding dress. I knew exactly what I wanted, I just couldn’t find it anywhere. I was so happy to find out Rachel makes custom designed dresses. We went through the process of picking all the materials and style - Rachel is so knowledgeable and helpful through the entire experience. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses here as well, which are also a Rachel Joy design! I highly highly recommend Joy Bridal Boutique. I purchased a dress at Joy bridal back in July 2021. It was anticipated that the dress would arrive by February. Since the dress was being made in Ukraine, the delivery was delayed. This was understandable. The dress was delayed a couple more times after that. I received very little communication about the status of the dress because the shop had the incorrect email address. I gave my correct email address at least 5 times and it was never updated in their system. The only reassurance from the staff I received that my dress would be there in time was “Rachel strongly believes it will be here in time.” My dress finally arrived a week before my wedding. It was sent for alterations and I tried it on 5 days before my wedding. When I went to the seamstress to try it on, there were 2 dresses in the bag, neither of which were to one I ordered. Almost in tears, I explained this to the seamstress. We figured out the the lace just needed to be swapped out. I had also ordered a belt that I had tried on when I first purchased the dress. The bridal shop sent 2 belts to the seamstress, neither of which were the one I had previously tried on and requested. There was also a stain on the skirt of the dress that the seamstress couldn’t get out. The seamstress was able to have my dress done the day before I had to leave for my wedding. I never received a call from Joy bridal throughout this entire experience and I only received email communication after the numerous times I called to give my correct email address.I was compensated half the price of the dress for all of the hassle. However, I would have rather paid full price and avoided the stress. I understand that the events that transpired/are transpiring in Ukraine are unavoidable, however, the entire situation could have been handled a lot better.

My experience here during the made with love trunk show was amazing. I felt lost prior to my appointment and the staff so easily help me navigate the overwhelming world of wedding dresses. It was a completely different experience than anywhere else I’d been, in a good way!

Had my first wedding dress appointment with Carol and was extremely impressed. First, the Joy Bridal team managed to squeeze my family in at the last appointment on a Friday (during this busy season) and this meant so much to me as we had limited availability to go as a whole group (4 of my family members). The team were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, which helped put any nerves at ease. They were informative (sooo important for the first appointment). Carol was absolutely lovely and I felt totally comfortable with her while she was helping me get into the dresses. And absolutely no pressure at all from Carol or Rachel. They actually encouraged us to look at other stores to get a sense of what’s out there, which I appreciated. Highly, highly recommend!

It’s been almost a year since I visited Joy Bridal searching for my wedding dress. Although I didn’t find the perfect dress for me (I was close), the experience I had here was hands down the best experience I had at any bridal boutique. Rachel made me feel so special and made sure I tried every single style of dress to help me find what was perfect for me. She never once made me feel as though my body type shouldn’t be trying on certain dresses. She made me feel whole and made me feel confident in what I felt great in. There is an amazing array of stylish dresses at this boutique and I would hands down recommend to anyone looking for their perfect dress. This place is the whole package!

I had the most amazing experience when I first tried on dresses at Joy Bridal that I didn’t even try anywhere else. I knew I wanted to buy from them so I made another appointment and said yes to the dress! They recommended a great place for alterations and I highly recommend making an appointment with them!

Joy Bridal Boutique was able to accommodate my tight deadline of 2 weeks for my elopement. They helped me find the perfect off-the-rack dress that fit almost perfectly without compromising quality. I never felt rushed or pressured during the process. They even put me in contact with a seamstress who hemmed my dress in just 2 days!
