I took my vehicle for a car wash, which was more dusty than dirty, and the vehicle was not clean at all. I was able to wipe the debris off with my finger very gently so I was surprised that the rollers didn't wipe it off. I showed my vehicle to the manager and he agreed that the vehicle wasn't washed. He offer me a rewash. I declined because I don't think the machine has any soap in it and I don't want to waste my time only to be disappointed again. He said they don't do refunds. I asked for the head office phone number and he wrote down on a piece of paper his name and the word Manager" on it. I asked "where's the phone number?" He said "You can Google it". After asking again

Washed my brand new car here for the first time after 5 days of ownership and the car wash scratches both sides of my car including the mirror. Manager Rakshit Gupta tells me the scratches did not happen in the car wash so I asked to explain to me how can these scratches occur after only 5 days of ownership. This is the worst place to wash your car. I would never use this gas station for anything ever again.

*AVOID CAR WASH READ ALL REVIEWS* This wash scratches cars and causes damage. Needs to be shut down with all the reviews and pics of damage from users. Avoid at all costs, it will scratch your car, and the owners will neglect or deny. Have dashcam of the damage as well, although minor some cars had their mirrors destroyed.

These employees spend more time on the phone then communicating with customers. Had to get 2 washes off my points, no words exchanged. Wasn't asked what kind of wash, how many points, how many I have left. 0 communication

The gas station itself is okay...it is a gas station, after all. The car wash at this location, even though it has been renovated, continues to be one of the worst, in terms of getting any vehicle really clean. It gets some dirt off but leaves the car dirty at any slight indentation or feature. I get doing a poor job on my Jeep, but if has done a poor job on both the XT5 and XT6 Cadillacs. Don't even get me started on poorly it does on your wheels.

Over the past 3 days I’ve been coming here and getting gas. None of the pumps are giving receipts and you have to go inside if you want one. The workers are sitting inside talking to each other instead of serving and helping their customers. What is the point of filling my car outside if I have to go in just for a receipt?

Was given a 50 dollar gift card from this literal location. Came two nights in a row and both nights they are not accepting Petro gift cards. Why sell gift cards to your store if you can’t use them?

DO ***NOT*** USE THE CARWASH HERE.We should have checked the reviews before using the carwash, it DID leave scratches on the car as others have said and it didn't even clean the car well.

I have been getting gas here for over 5 years. There is an esso station across the street and not once have they failed to drop the price around 6pm earlier then esso. Today April 10 2023 there it was esso 149.9 petro 151.9 . I asked what's up they said head office has not given the order. In any case I left did a full fill up with Esso. Bottom line bad cust service. I will not be back.
