The staff is friendly and knowledgable. They made sure I new the right questions to ask the insurance company so I wouldn't receive any surprises at the end of my claim. My only negative comment would be the colour match on my car wasn't right and as soon as I called them they were prompt to have me come back and look at it.

Great Auto Body shop! I have used them twice now and have always been 100% satisfied. They perform amazing work at a very reasonable price and are a pleasure to deal with. They also offer courtesy cars while the work is done.

They were great. Car was fixed within the time frame they gave me and the staff was polite and courteous

Christian is very helpful. As with most English Quebecers, it's going to be a pain in the butt trying to get answers in English! At least my Mastercard is bilingual. I get it, 90% of Quebecers speak French or some other language but a commercial establishment in Quebec aught to have someone who can serve their English clients, in English.

This is by far the worst collision centre i have ever been to. I took my car in to get a quote only to be told by one of the men, after looking at my car that most of it was not covered or unfixable or being told the damage want from an accident i was currently in. To be clear my car had some scratches and a missing bumper. After being confused on how simple damage couldnt be repaired plus was offering to have more work done on my car so bringing in more business and being rejected my dad went outside to talk with these two men. One was tall and slim and the other was short, bald and had glasses. I stayed in the building for about 3 minutes while they we’re talking outside before i headed outside. Just as i opened the door and walked towards my car which was about 10 steps away, there was my dad and these men discussing my car. The short bald man with glasses was walking toward his coworker, laughing, and said, and quote because I’ll never forget, he goes “ im going to punch this guy in the face in about 5 seconds”. Now keep mind these are all middle aged men. After catching that i of course said “excuse me?” To where he proceeded to give me attitude. We of course left after that. Only to find out while i was in the building and my dad was talking to these men, asking how things weren’t covered, were making comments to each other which my dad heard of them accusing him on being on drugs. Complete shock as to how these middle aged men, and employees of this company can get away speaking to customers this way.Naturally called the manager after leaving to tell him about this incident only to be told “ yes i overheard some of it and we are discussing it now” so naturally these men are getting no punishment.I have been to a few collision repair shops and this was buy far the worst service from the minute we walked in.If anyone is looking to be verbally harassed, this is the place.Never going back and sharing more about this experience.10/10 the worst

I went in to fix my truck after an accident and they went above and beyond to help fix everything. They called us to set the appointment within the timeframe they had said and the truck was ready well before the timeframe they gave us. I would highly recommend them for any repairs and service! The mechanic/painter did an amazing job and they were kind and empathetic and made the stressful experience more at ease.

I've been going at that shop for years.James and his team are professional and they can answer all your questions and concerns.Work done is always perfect and on time.Repainting of the repairs are flawless.Even the cars they loans are always clean and good shape.

I went in to fix my driver door that wasn't latching and told them i had to travel back home next day to Niagara Falls they went above and beyond to help fix the door temporarily as some parts were not available. I would highly recommend them for any repairs and service! The mechanic did an amazing fix and Pierre and James were kind and empathetic and made the stressful experience more at ease.

We had Fix Auto repaint our rear bumper and replace the broken tail light. They offered a quick turnaround, fair price and provided an amazing repair. Our Civic now looks new again. I recommend this shop and would go again if we ever need another repair.

Fast and friendly staff.. there are a few things that i did not enjoy. I had asked for my battery to be replaced with the new one i had on passenger seat. It was not done, aswell as multiple problems after car was fixed ( heater not working, washer fluid sprayers not working. )These thongs were working before my accident, and now they are not.Very disapointed.The body work they did perform looks really good, and matches perfectly. Impressed by that work, but not with the lack of work that was done underhood.If rectified i will change my review standings.
