Worst service EVER!!!! Honestly go deal with another rogers store as it is worth the drive!!! I was looking to add my daughter on my business account and was dealing with an incompetent employee named michael. My first impressions on him were unpleasant, pushy and unhygienic (breath smells like rotten eggs) but that didnt deter me as I wanted a phone for my daughter as a gift. He said my plan is outdated and needed to be changed. I was paying around $350 a month for 3 of my employees plus me and my wife. After the change it's around $500 a month plus another $70 just to add my daughter! To my shock, I wanted to revert to the old price plan and just get my kid something from freedom mobile. But here's the thing he said he can't bring it back the way it was and now I'm stuck paying more for no reason. This shop has trained scammers and swindlers that will suck you out of your money and as for that morbidly obese basement dwelling incel, I hope you can't scam any business owners or any customers like me you loser.

I have been using this store for many years and I have to say they are the best at what they do. I upgraded phone, plan and got a tablet . My monthly payment Decreased! High five stars.

I can't begin to explain the outstanding service I was provided today (December 30, 2016) at this location in Okotoks. The two workers, Tim & Sean didn't fail to not only make me a happy customer, but to remind me why switching to Rogers from Telus was a good idea. I can't thank you enough for doing everything you guy did to make me the happiest NEW Rogers customer. I can't help but tell everyone the outstanding service you guys provided me today. We need more people like you two! Cheers Tim and Sean!! Happy New Years.

Best service! went in to pick up my upgraded phone and not only did they upgrade it but helped me get the best plan i possible to save me money! plus got a free Samsung Tablet...i mean come on. i wish i could remember the ladies name as her and the other guy she was with were both very personable and knowledgeable. 100% recommend.

Went here to pick up my ordered phone from Fido. There was a connection bug from the store's system that is not communicating that my phone can be picked up. I called the store and spoke to Mack. He manually updated my order and in less than a minute he said I can pick it up right away. I drove from Calgary and Mack was able to help me greatly. He assited on the pick up details, he updated my address on my account and also applied a new screen protector. Overall it was an awesome experience, very swift service, good communication. I recommend this store!

Went in with my wife to get new phones here (were local and have bought prior phones here before, on top of iPads, accessories, cases, ect) and the door was locked so when the guy opened the door he unprofessionally asked us what we wanted (literally “what do you want”) and then after answering a few standard covid questions with which we both answered no to, they refused to let us both in at the same time.We live together lmao. How ridiculous can you get? Like really? If one of us has covid, then the other will too for Christ sake, and guess what happens then?100% not coming back, and would rather drive to Calgary then deal with this nonsense.This is stupidity at its finest, I’d give zero stars if I could.

Been here a couple times and I’ve never had a bad experience, they have always been so helpful even when I asked a million questions. I used to work for Rogers and I would’ve loved to have co workers like them! I will continue to come to this location even tho I live in Calgary!!

Robin & Druv’s product knowledge and customer service was exceptional! They stayed after closing to ensure all programs were installed & functioning.Thank you, I will be recommending you both to anyone looking for a new phone!

I was absolutely astounded with the friendly and knowledgeable staff.We were helped by Chris, and he went above and beyond getting my mother and I upgrade phones and plan. We were walked through all of our options, and they catered to all of our needs, and we left smiling and satisfied with our purchase.Chris, Grace and Karol all chipped in and did their parts to make this bar none the best experience I have had with any phone company!!
