I started off my vacation by getting a lovely massage from Minh and I felt amazing and relaxed the whole time. He was very kind, respectful, and solved all my back problems. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming as well!

I came here for my first massage ever, I had such a great experience. The building is very clean and welcoming. I was treated by Peng who was very friendly and professional. I was made comfortable throughout the treatment and felt like a human again after. 10/10 recommend coming here.Peng also educated me about my back anatomy, why I was experiencing pain and what would help it from my own end. It was all in all such a great session. Definitely not like other massage therapists, set my bar VERY high hahah

I have been to PURE twice. I just moved to Kanata and was happy to find a place I could walk to. I have severe neck and shoulder pain and formerly received great service from Peng and Minh. Sadly, I will not be returning.Today, I had needed a massage due to sever pain and booked a RMT less than 24 hours prior. Unfortunately, I begrudgingly had to cancel this morning because I am a caregiver for my mother who has Alzheimers, and she was having a terrible episode. So, even though I very much wanted/needed to honour my appointment, I could not possibly leave my mother.I understand there are policies, and I understand that everyone needs to work and get paid. I was honestly hoping/needing to reschedule, not fully cancel. But the RMT I booked with offered ZERO compromise or empathy for my situation. She insisted I give her my credit card info promptly over the phone to pay half of my appointment ($59 - No show fee). Which I unwillingly did.It, literally, was an insult to injury. I have never, in all of my years receiving massage therapy, experienced such apathy and disregard. I am truly disappointed.

Had a massage with Peng. Very helpful I appreciate the information he give during the treatment. I'm very thankful for his treatment. The clinic is very clean, professional and a calming atmosphere. Highly recommend for self care

I got a great massage from Peng. It was my first massage. I felt very comfortable and Peng did a great job at educating me throughout the process - about the massage itself as well as how to maintain good health in the body. Will definitely be coming back

Had a 60 minute cupping session with Peng. The people are respectful and great. The place was clean and easy to find. Peng educates you throughout the process which helps you understand more about maintaining the strength you gain back there.This was my first massage therapy session ever and I've gotta say the bar is set pretty high now!Definitely going to go back for further progress!

A huge shout out to Megan for working me into her schedule at a much needed time. Her massage skills and technique are incredible. If you need a great massage that balances between a relaxing massage and a deeper tissue massage, she's the one to book!

I have gone here for a handful of therapeutic massages now, and I've got to say that this place is great. The progress to my treatment has been profound thanks to the efforts of Peng Tan, he is truly exceptional.He will work with you to thoroughly diagnose what areas need what kind of attention, and you will see real progress in your welfare as you return for multiple sessions. I just had my first massage with Peng and he was fantastic! Peng takes the time to explain and educate through the entire massage while also maintaining a calm and relaxing environment. I have already booked my next appointment and I’m very much looking forward to it! In one session, my shoulder mobility has returned after a 15+ years hiatus!

I was recommended by a friend to see Minh as she said he was amazing. After 18 years of pain, I am finally able to straighten my back and I am pain free. Minh is hands down a miracle worker. So respectful and really listened to me when I explained my pain. Highly recommend!
