I bought a set of Taylormade M4s here, they helped me choose what worked best for me without any pressure. When I got to the course I noticed the set wasn’t complete. I brought the set back and the staff was very helpful, they sorted out the missing parts to the set and when they did not have the matching 5 wood that was missing they helped me pick out a replacement that was much higher value and did not charge me.The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful through the whole process.

Ricks putter fitting experience was excellent. We were able to find nuances in my stroke and select a putter that best suits me. The entire staff is always helpful.

Do you ever wonder why Stores are able to offer you 2 year guarantee until you try to return the item not even a month after purchase because it wasn’t what they said it was. Well apparently Golf Town tell a good story when your buying but wait until you try to return the item. Because they are used we can’t take them back well how would I know the 2 year waterproof guarantee on my shoes we’re not waterproof if I didn’t wear them …. Just another store that cares nothing about customers thanks GOLF TOWN for your lack of customer service after the sale. I guess when you have a monopoly on product in this area you don’t require good customer service . Dartmouth Nova Scotia. Take my advise go to Golf Central.

I'm not surprised by the complaints about the customer service service but if you get the right person the store is fantastic. My wife and I are new to golf and I were in the store to look at purchasing our first clubs. We spent about 10-15 mins without anyone offering to help.When we finally approached a staff member we got the right person. Alex, who I believe is the store manager, was very helpful and took the time to talk us through everything we needed to know to make an informed decision. You can tell Alex is passionate about the game and the local golf community.We left the store fully outfitted to start our golf journey. We were even offered deeper discounts than the sale price!

For the amount of money most people expect to spend in this store the customer service is some of the worst I've ever had. Wandered the women's clothing section for 40 minutes with armfuls of clothes and no assistance was offered. Several employees walked past me during this time and a large group of them were socalizing at the cash. Finally managed to get a fitting room. Once again no assistance offered and no one checked on me or offered me sizes. When I tried to pay for my things the cashier made me wait while he took a phone call. Horrible service you are better to avoid this location.

I've had two fittings there and both times the staff we great. My iron fitting ran longer then scheduled and at no time did I feel rushed, the club fitter took his time. Great customer service!

Went in this evening to buy a cart and new bag. Had a few questions that the internet couldn't answer.I stood next to the bags and cart area for 10-15 mins while 2 staff members within 10 ft of me ignored me the entire time. Even, what appeared to be, the manager or owner walked past me and said nothing.Couldn't go up the ladder and get my own stuff off the shelf, so I walked out.Have had similar experiences every time I've been there unless I know exactly what I'm after and don't need assistance.Will be taking my money elsewhere indefinitely.
