IDEAL MONUMENTS NOT SO IDEAL!!!!!!2 years ago the light of my life, my best friend, my gramma passed rapidly due to lung cancer. Last year my mom and I went to ideal monument for the perfect tombstone and found it. Fast forward a year and it’s delivered. IN THE WRONG PLACE!!! Ideal monument placed my grammas memorial tombstone in the wrong place. I called (and called) to make the correction ASAP and they pretty much told me they’ll be out when they get around to it (what they told my mother). I feel deeply disrespected. You pay top dollar for what your loved ones deserves and when it’s left it in someone else’s hands they leave you disappointed. They couldn’t care less about doing their job right. I say take your business elsewhere, I know I would have a year ago if I knew this would be the outcome.

Have been waiting for my fathers plaque to be added to our family stone for over a year now...have contacted them many times to be told it’s coming yet at cemetery today and still not here
