Amazing pastries and savoury treats! Got 6 of their sweet treats yesterday and already had 3 in one sitting. They are THAT amazing! Highly recommended it. Super friendly and nice staff too and the cafe itself is adorable! Love the fitouts and furnishing too. Also, best part, they will soon accept crypto payments! How cool!!

I strolled upon this pastry shop one day for a coffee and had no clue what a Kouign Amann was and the owner and his partner told me to try their authentic pastry from Breton and I immediately can say this is my favourite pastry in the city! Great kind staff, fabulous coffee. I will be back every Friday for a Kouign Amann (if they aren’t sold out!)

I got 2 kouign amman, a quiche and a cappuccino from le palais breton. I can’t explain how delicious everything was. The service was great and the staff was extremely kind. If you’re looking for some great pastries from Bretagne I would highly suggest.

After reading an Eater article mentioning their recent opening, I went there this morning to try their kouign amann. It was phenomenal. A bit thinner and baked darker than the ones I've had up the street, biting into it produced a sensational crunch and sweet caramel flavor, followed by the tender layers of laminated pastry and rich buttery flavor. It took all of one bite, to know this was the real deal. High quality ingredients, baked by an experienced master baker. Delicious!I struck up a conversation with Andre the very friendly owner who was nice enough to offer us some free samples of his other pastries. All very unique and traditional Breton pastries. I look forward to returning next time I'm in Montreal.

came for the koign amann. it was fantastic and well priced. customer service was excellent & (who I assume was the owner) was very friendly. espresso was well balanced. sandwiches (which I did not order) looked great.

The best kouign amann I've ever had. I thought the one from the eponymous store down the street was the best, but this one is even better.

Simply great!The service is super friendly! Owner is really kind!The place has just opened recently and their Kouign Amann is amazing! They make it the traditional way and you can really tell the difference!You can store it in the fridge for a few days and it will still taste amazing!Price is good!The place looks very cute and cozy!

Lovely new bakery on the plateau and really great opportunity to try pastries from Brittany! Had the chance to try the Kouign Amann- definitely recommend! The person working when I popped was really kind and took the time to explain all the specialties. Can't go wrong- thanks for the samples!
