Switched over from Rogers to Telus via an online rep, the rep completely butchered our sign up, plan and sent us in to the store to pick up a phone that wasn’t even in stock (not impressed). After a very frustrating two hours your amazing representative named Anna L completely remedied the entire situation and honored the promised plan. Anna L worked diligently and with kindness despite even being hung up on Telus’ own reps over the phone. Anna L should be recognized for her amazing customer service and calm when dealing with an annoying situation.Thanks for being so cool and fixing everything Anna L! You definitely saved the day and we would deal with you any time down the road.

Big thanks to Alex for hooking me up with a new phone. There were some challenges during set up, and I was there a little longer than anticipated but he was so apologetic, and empathic of my time. He got the problem solved with the help of customer service. Thank you for your patience, great customer service & a few laughs.

Awesome staff! I went to this store two years ago to transfer from bell and had a great experience. Just went back in to upgrade my phone and the staff were so great! Jacob and Alex went above and beyond to get me the specific device that I wanted even though they didn't have it in stock at that location. Needless to say I'll be sticking with Koodo, mostly because the staff at this location are fantastic to deal with! They were extremely busy the day I was there and they got through it as efficiently as possible, kept updating anyone who was waiting and still treated every customer with kindness!

I was extremely happy with the service I received.I switched to a plan to allow me to use my phone in the USA without extra charges.The rep was very knowledgeable and made it a simple process.Thanks Jazz.

I wanted to send a special thank you to Jazz at the Orillia Telus store for helping out my parents with their phones. Both my parents were having issues and were not able to have anyone at their local Telus location help them out so they decided to visit the Orillia location. Jazz was very patient and extremely helpful and resolved their issues right away. My parents were both very happy and relived to get such a great support. Thank you Jazz!

If i could give zero stars....This company is severely flawed. Inspite of their agents wanting to help, they cost me over 2.5 hrs on hold over 3 different calls, just to fail at providing my a final bill. Their solution... charge me $15 for a paper bill that will take 10 to 15 days to get here..Beware the limitations of this company !!! There is NO customer service...

Went to transfer 2 android and one wireless home phone. From Telus to Koodo. Doug was fantastic. Transferred all 3 at no charge. Didnt have to go online. Best service I've had changing providers.

WARNING - YOU CAN DO BETTER. It is with severe disappointment telus has lost credibility with this business owner. Countless hours spent at the Orillia location with no communication as to when I might receive personal service to discuss my upcoming contract expiry. When I finally do get service they failed to inform me that securing a new phone and plan before returning the phone I bought from them would cost me $220. So like a typical consumer I went in search of a new plan and provider because I'm increasingly getting less and less service for more money with Telus. Once I secured a new phone and plan I tried to return my 2 year old phone back to telus within my plan expiry and was refused and told to call customer service. So I call and asked, how exactly would one transfer their data to a new phone if I had returned the old one first? They didn't have a solution and frankly don't care. So be warned. No explanation of liability - no effort to resolve - telus feels well within their right to penalize a loyal client in the amount of $220 because I moved away from them less than a week from contract expiry and refuse to take back the phone they sold me on (bring it back plan) which is set to expire 2 days from this review.And to add insult to injury - their robbery prevention" program is incredibly discriminating. If you haven't been - you are expected to show your ID to random employees just to enter the front door. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
