Ok...I'm an older single woman and I was very leary to buy a used vehicle as I didn't want to be taken advantage of. Bernard was the young man who helped me purchase my jeep. I could not have asked for a better experience. I had issues with the vehicle the very next day however they looked after me! They paid to tow it and went above and beyond with the repair. The mechanic even opened the hood and explained the fluids to me. Bernard is a caring young man who did everything in his power to make this purchase go as smoothly as possible. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!! Thanks guys!

I bought my first car here for a fairly good price about two years ago, very low mileage for the year, although it had an accident claim. The sales man was nice, and gave us a really good deal on some winter wheels and also had the keyless trunk button and passenger windshield motor replaced under the 30 day/1000km goodwill warranty. However, he also never gave us the car fax report, just half-hazardly read it off his computer without diving into details, or showing us the screen. They also forgot to fix the trunk unlock not working before pickup, which was agreed to in the contract. This meant we had to drive 40 minutes back home and come back a few days later, which was a bit irritating. Regardless, I bought the car and a month or two later it became clear that this car had some shoddy body work done. Bondo was cracking on the quarter panel. I had the repair work done on it so the panel wouldn’t rust out and compromise the frame and integrity of the car, which ended up costing over $5000, almost doubling the price of the car. Even the front bumper ended up shattering into bondo pieces when they took it off, requiring a new one. Based off other reviews, it seems like a lot of the cars that they sell have accident histories. They also safety and repair their vehicles using a mechanic who runs a shop behind their office, and on their lot, so make of that what you will.In my opinion, this place can be a sketchy place to purchase a vehicle from, but I’m sure there are some diamonds in the rut as my drivetrain was solid and issue free for the 20,000km I had the vehicle before getting a new one. It was just the bodywork was absolutely rocked. You’d think it would be noticeable, but it was not whatsoever. I inspected the vehicle quite throughly with a family member with mechanic experience, which is probably why the drivetrain was solid but the bodywork wasn’t. Lesson learned on my behalf to do a more in-depth look, but at least this was before the market spiralled out of control and I paid a very reasonable price for the car. Anyway, just make sure you have a reserve fund for potential issues, which really you should have anyway if you’re buying a used vehicle.EDIT: I have updated some things that were written unfairly and will be talking to Johnny a bit later today to discuss the review

We recently purchased a van from Lobo Cars and I am happy we did. They had excellent communication, friendly service and helped us stay within our limited budget. They actually cared about our situation and ensured we received a safe and functional vehicle. When a couple issues arose with it after leaving the lot, the salesman and mechanic were happy to help fix the problems and get us back up and running. Moe and his staff at “Cars in Lobo” made purchasing a car for my daughter a pleasant experience. They treated us with respect the moment we walked on the lot and didn’t try to pressure us into something we weren’t interested in, unlike several used car places in London. Moe and his mechanic Nia, answered all of our questions and prioritized safety above all else. With their help we ended up purchasing the perfect vehicle at the right price for my daughter who drove it to the east coast without any issues. Anyone looking for a used car, can trust these guys. This is an excellent used car dealership with the best prices on the market. All the vehicles I test drove where extremely clean and had updated service paperwork. I recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a vehicle that has a clean history. Johnny was a fantastic salesperson who was very insightful and informative. He helped my mother and I pick the right car for our budget and we are very happy with our purchase!

Horrendous experience.I spoke to someone on 17th January at 4:51 pm regarding a Lexus ES priced at $11999. Respecting their time, i called them before hand to find out the room for negotiation, $10500 with safety was their absolute last.I’m based in Toronto, i drove 2 hours to see them. Test drove the vehicle. Liked it.As soon as I mentioned the price of $10,500, the sales guy Jeremy started insulting me. He used words like you’re wasting my time, ‘not even near’ to $10500. He said i was lying to have spoken to someone for the price i quoted. My mistake, i did not recall the name of the person i spoke to. But, his behaviour was beyond unacceptable.I requested to call the owner. Jeremy refused it thrice saying that he wouldnt waste his one minute on me. His agressive body language, disrespectful tone kept on. On my 4th request, he called the owner while challenging me and it turns out, the owner actually agreed to the last price of $10,500. So, i had actually spoken to the owner a few days ago as I suspected.The owner was a true gentleman. He spoke and dealt with me professionally. Jeremy misquoted my offer of $10,000 to the owner to agitate him. But, then owner being a person with a straight mind, he negotiated and took his sweet time to do the math.As the owner got off the phone, this guy Jeremy, in a very condescending tone says to me that in $10,500 he will do ‘minimum safety’, no responsibility whatsoever even if the car breaks down a mile from the dealership. He said if the brake pads will be at 2mm, they will be passed. In short, he refused to give me any sort of peace of mind, that any customer would hope to have. At that moment, with such a bad faith of the staff. I decided against buying the vehicle. Who knows he would sabotage the car before handing it over and I find myself stranded in the middle of 401.Absolute horrendous experience. they’re destroying the guys business.

Drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle that said it was automatic and certified on the website.Got there only to be disrespected my the 3 middle eastern kids that run the junkyard, and then find out the vehicle im interested in is standard and the back half is rusted out, no wheel wells. How can you certify a vehicle with no rear wheel wells?... and then i ask about one other vehicle and coincidentally , oh we dont own that vehicle actually

We purchase my son's first car from Bernard at Cars in Lobo. Bernard has ben amazing to work with. We did have a small issue within the first week and Cars in Lobo looked after the repair. Great prices on their vehicles and Great service by the team! I will go back to Cars in Lobo to work with Bernard when my Daughter needs a vehicle.

This dealership deserves well over 5 stars. Johnny, my salesman was exceptional in helping me purchase two vehicles from them. Both cars worked beautifully and I had no issues. Johnny is the best!
