While reluctant to purchase a phone from an online seller, I became ok with it after finding out that they were increasing theironline presence due to covid19 and high leases etc...My g/f purchased an S9 and I must say I was overwhelmed by Anna's product knowledge and professional demeanor. After leaving it kinda felt like we not only had a new phone but we made a new friend too.Two months later I purchased a newHuawei P30. Great experience again.If anyone is undecided, I am a 50yr old male caucasian and lifelong resident of Richmond.And I swear by this place. It's the real deal!

I bought a Samsung Note 5 (dual sim, 64gig, gold) from this store. Service was excellent (staff is very friendly), device was thoroughly explained and demonstrated, and they took the time to put me in their database should a warranty issue come up. Overall, I got a good deal on an amazing phone. I will be buying all my future devices from Easycell.

I bought a Sony Z Ultra from easy cell Aug 2013. Since then I have bought at least another 5-6 more phones from them with pleasure. In between they have also fix a bunch of phone for me, some being under warranty and some others. Never a problem and always unmazing service and communication. I have to say it been the best experiences I ever have at any independent store of any sort. I will recommend anyone to go here for there cell phone need. Best in the business in town.

Over the years I have purchased a few cell phones and have also dropped my phones many time and required repairs. As you all can understand how crippling life can be once your cell phone isn't functioning.Ana is has been more that professional, extremely helpful and fast with all my requests and needs. She's extremely knowledgeable with many different brands of phones.I am not one that's good with technology, Ana helped me set up my new phones and taught me how to use them.She has made my experience with phones very painless and quite enjoyable.I will only go to Easycell for all my phone purchases. Ana was so great to deal with while purchasing my Samsung s20 FE. She was very professional and offered to help me set it up and walk me through everything. In addition she has given me advise on other unrelated phone problems I was having with my family's phone. Thanks again for all your help, direction and expertise!

My dad needed a new phone and couldn't wait because his current phone was not working properly. We came across Easycell and they had phones in stock for my dad to choose from. After deciding on a phone, Ana helped us set up the new phone to get my dad familiarized with it. Although I could do the set up for my dad myself, it was nice having someone setup and get everything going so I could take a break! :-)I have bought a cellphone from then many many years in the past and I believe they have been in business since early 2000s. It is nice to rediscover a local supplier that carries the latest handsets.Will be getting my next cellphone here in the future.

good store, great price on a s6 edge. Was worried about reliability, considering the fact that I'm buying from a third party reseller, but they assured me that the warranty covered me even if I were to drop the phone off at a authorized Samsung store.sounds legit to me.

Awesome service. I bought a phone from Easycell over the internet because I live in a different city and everything was delivered quickly and as promised without any problems. After 10 months the screen stopped working and I contacted Easycell to get it fixed under warranty. They got back to me the next day and I sent the phone back to them. Everything was taken care of and the phone was returned to me once it was completed. Every time I sent an email regarding the repair, I received an email back promptly answering my question.

Great first time purchase experience. Bought the Xperia XZ2 from them, came with great packaging condition and original accessories all present. Absolutely loved it.I just wish that the manufacturer defect tolerance time could be bit longer. The retailer promises 7 days however It wasn't until 20 days later that I have noticed a dead pixel... and apparently the pixel was DOA (from my unboxing photos of first day). My own fault for not being catchy enough... Nevertheless will still buy from them next time though, it was my sheer bad luck.
