Really not sure what all the negativity is about here! It is a COIN LAUNDRY/DRY CLEANERS....not a Michelin starred restaurant for pete's sake! I go there once a week and have never had a bad" experience other than a machine who's timer was not "exact". MOST of the staff are excellent...they have had one or two who were not super friendly but by and large they are helpful and courteous. The place is very clean for a coin laundry (other than the one washer where it looked like someone washed their dog! But that is rare) As for the poster who complained about the time....I am very often the last one out on Sundays and have never been rushed or berated in any way....even tho the person working DOES need to complete their clean up before getting to leave for the night.....they usually work around me and I try to stay out of the way and keep the mess to a minimum. All in all

I recently tried this dry cleaner for the first time. The front desk lady appears to be on the verge of hating life in general, and was not very forthcoming when asked for clarification on different services. It cost me $15 to have a child’s suit jacket dry cleaned, which seemed expensive, but at least it was done right and on time. If they hired someone who was actually friendly, communicative and helpful, they would have a very good set up. As it is, I’m not sure I’ll go back. I like being treated in a friendly, appreciative manner, and they don’t include this style of customer service in their steep prices.

This review is for the seamstress that works here. She is absolutely amazing!!! I’ve taken several items for her to alter and omg she always gets it right. I can tell she has lots of experience! And she’s so sweet too! Thank you for always doing such a great job!

Extremely unfriendly staff. Anytime you have a question, the change machine jams, or a machine isn't operating properly, the staff immediately seem irritated by you approaching them. Never seen anything quite like it.It's a decent coinwash as long as you keep to yourself. It's one of the few store fronts I've been to where the staff blatantly showcase how unhappy they are to be there.

Parker's Cleaner's was the first time I've ever had to go to a laundry Matt to get my clothes cleaned. It's very clean place and it has everything laid out in a way that's easy to use and understand. I realize now that I could have put more clothes in the washer and dryer. I could have even got everything done in one washer and dryer loads. Their is a change machine and also the professional cleaning at the counter if needed.

I am very impressed and pleased by the quality of services provided for carpet cleaning. Parkers Cleaners restored my carpet to mint condition. The pictures posted are samples of the carpet and the carpet cleaning I received was to exact condition. The pricing was reasonable and delivery of service was excellent! Highly recommend this one stop shop.

The support staff would benefit from a proactive maitenance schedule, now only realizing that fungi was found on the inside of the industrial washing machines. Management did refund my purchase thankfully.

WEAR A MASK. First time coming here this Wednesday. The attendant was sick NOT wearing a mask, which got me sick. Workers should not work when they are sick and they should always wear a mask if they are!!! Especially during flu season let alone COVID hadn't passed yet!! Now it's been 4 days and I am still in bed felling terrible..

The place is clean, but the staff is unfriendly. We lowered there on a Sunday and it was maybe 25 minutes to close. We had most of our laundry done and were waiting on a a few things that needed a few more minutes to dry. As we are folding what we had the staff member there came up and was asking if we were leaving soon. I told we may be another 10 minutes or so and she proceeded to tell me that she still needed to mop and such and that she needed to be out at 7 because she wouldn't be paid if she took longer. Less I forget throat she said we should have came sooner. ( I possible I would but I work most days of the week and can't always make it in). I found this extremely rude. If a place is open to 7 then customers should be allowed there without feeling rushed until that time. I understand there are things that need to be done for closing but customer should not be treated that way.

Friendly staff, and timely service.Needed an a couple suits dry cleaned for next day and they were able to accommodate.They provide same day service if you can arrive by 8 - no later than 9am.I'm in Keswick and there's no same day service here.And I am unaware of any place closer that provides same day or next day service.
