Highly recommend Wireless4u in Port Perry; great service and knowledgeable staff. Brought my iPhone to have the cracked screen replaced. And received good news that the actual phone screen wasn’t cracked, but only the screen protector was damaged. The cost was $20. Very happy and will be returning for other services.

My phone charge port had not been working for months. I had taken it to several other stores that had attempted to clean it and said it needed a new port. The gentlemen at this location told me to bring it in to take a look. After a 10 min cleaning it worked perfectly. Saving me from having to get it fixed. Great service! My iPhone screen had cracked and they repaired it very quickly. I also bought a case and screen protector. They have lasted me a few months now. Would definitely go here again for my phone needs.

Very unprofessional service, went in there for a Google Pixel 7 case and screen protector. waited 1 hour to receive the case and kept calling his boss asking where to find the case and screen protector for the phone in the store. Didn’t even find the right screen protector and give me a smaller one for the 7A, told me “should work the same” no friend doesn’t work like that. First told me I get 3 dollars off for waiting so long then called his manger and I only received 1 dollar off the whole price. very upset and disappointed & as well as made me late for work. The worker is unaware of the location of everything in the store when I also asked questions for my other phone cases I needed.
