Je les ai appelé pour changer les gasket sur une pompe alimentaire. Après le 1er appel, la pompe coulait encore donc je les ai rappelé. Après le 2e appel, ils n'avaient toujours pas régler notre problème. J'ai finalement fait l'entretient de la pompe moi-même (je n'ai pas de formation dans ce domaine) et je n'ai pu eu de problème par la suite. Malgré qu'ils n'avaient pas réglé le problème la 1er fois, nous avons été facturés 2 fois (environs 900$ au total). Quand je leur ai demandé des explications concernant la facturation, ils ont arrêté de me répondre. Ils ont un service à la clientèle horrible et ils ont fait preuve d'un énorme manque de professionnalisme. Je ne recommande pas leurs services.

I did a small welding repair job on an oven maintained by DRSS tech. I find them a Professional company , efficient technicians to work with.

These guys are the experts! They know their stuff and it is always a pleasure to deal with them whenever we need something serviced. Will definitely continue to use their services in the future when needed.

The technicians I have dealt with from DRSS are always knowledgeable, punctual and professional when they are called to fix my works appliances. They are skilled in a very wide range of kitchen repair services, which is why they are always our first call when something needs to be fixed right!

I had a technician come out to check my fryer because it was not staying lit....the tech comes in and checks out for maybe 15-20 mins and to find out that nothing was wrong and that a piece of metal was touching the thermal pile causing it to short out and not stay lit as a safety precaution...nothing was done to the fryer or any replacement work done at all. He stayed probably an extra 20 mins to see if that was the actual problem and it was so he was done within an hour. I recieved my invoice and to see that I had been charged for 2 hours which is not possible and they told meee that they cant do anything cause there is a tracker on the truck and that it had been parked in my resturant parking lot for 2 hours even though the truck could have be there he did not come in right away and could have been sitting there ......never again trying them go to HENDRIX they are more honest and get the job done asap P.S as soon as the tech comes make sure you check the clock or have a timer.......horrible service overcharging an extra 100$
